Our policy lasts 48 hours from the time of the delivery or pickup. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase(delivery or pickup), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email Connect@Shuttlestuff.com immediately upon deciding you want to return your item. Your delivery slip will have been noted with a time of delivery. Items that have been delivered by Shuttle Stuff cannot be dropped off at the warehouse for a return and refund. This is to protect our sellers and customers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the restocking fee of $45, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only items marked FINAL SALE cannot be refunded or returned. This will be disclosed again at time of sale.
You will be responsible for paying restocking costs for returning your item. All items incur a restocking fee of $45. If you receive a refund, the cost of restocking will be deducted from your refund or may be charged separately.
